Purpose: The purpose of this project is to determine how the number of blades on a rotor will affect boltage output when placed certain distances from the wind source.

Hypothesis: The researcher hypothesizes that the rotor with the most blades placed closest to the fan will produce the most voltage.

Results: Testing found that the highest voltage was 2.237 volts for the four blade propeller at twelve inches. The second highest was the_____ blades at twelve and third was the ___________ blade at twenty-two inches. The researcher believes that the reason why the four blade worked better was because of the __- surface area of the _____ bladed rotor. This allowed it to harness more of the wind power.

Conclusion: The hypothesis was supported. The test results supported the idea that a four bladed rotor placed twelve inches from the fan box produced the greatest number of volts.
