Special Thanks

We would like to thank our teachers Mrs. Rivera and Mrs. Spencer for setting up zoom meetings and giving us ideas on what we could do to fix problems that we had with making the car run properly. Thank you Mrs. Rivera for sitting out with us in the hot sun to fix the issue we were having with the car gears. Thanks to Kailyn’s dad for using his tools to drill holes for us in our chassis for the engine. Thanks to Kailyn’s and Brianna’s moms for getting us our Team Helios shirts that we love so much. Also thank them for helping us with WordPress and videotaping.

  • CONGRATULATIONS Helios Team! 3rd Place Best Design Award!!! I’m certain that this STEAMtastic experience will be one of many to come. There are so many opportunities and experiences awaiting you, so continue challenging yourself. Life-long learners, begin their love of learning by playing with knowledge outside the classroom. I’m so grateful for your participation and your parents’ support. I’m excited about next year’s Energy Whiz.
