For the background we chose outer space because the sun and Earth are both in space. That also explains why there are solar panels on the roof since solar energy comes from the sun’s light. The hills stand for the natural energy that comes from the Earth and they also show other types of energy like wind, sunlight and flowing water. The Earth between the hills shows how the sun shines on it and how the Earth turns that sunlight into energy. We got the idea of putting everything in a light bulb because it shows how energy can change from natural things into electricity. It reminds us that everything starts with mother nature.

I really liked it. The colors and all, it really shows you what its about. If it weren’t for the Sun, energy wouldn’t exist. And if it weren’t for the Earth, energy would be useless.
