Hey! We’re Isabel and Mia, we’re both in 5th grade at Viera elementary, and we’ve been working on a critter comfort cottage. Just take a look!
MEET OUR CRITTER!
Meet Mabel, the cutest sugar glider EVER!!!!
Sugar gliders must have these basic needs to survive:
housing
cozy nest or bed
berries
places to climb and play!
Process
Making this was so fun to do! We combined two boxes: one on the top as our second floor / leaves, and one on the bottom as our first floor / tree trunk. After adding the leaves to the top of the tree we worked on ACCESSORISING! All over the habitat, we added places for the sugar glider to climb, sleep, go to the bathroom and play. everything in the house is perfect for the sugar glider’s needs. (see above)

Good job girls! Did you use any recycled materials to make this habitat? I look forward to seeing this in person since I don’t know anything about sugar gliders.
A sugar glider would have a lot of fun in your cottage! I love the heli-pad next to the dance pad.
